The Serra Residences is developed by Far East Organization on the site of the former Pastoral View. In 2010, Far East Organization and Orchard Parade Holdings bought Pastoral View together with an adjoining plot for about S$122 million, and the combined land of roughly 51,400 sq ft now carries a single 28-storey tower.
