1. Who we are

This website gives general information about The Serra Residences and lets visitors ask for further details. It is not the developer's website. It is run by the salesperson and agency named above (the "operator", "we", "us"). Privacy questions can be sent to privacy@example.invalid (demonstration only; replace with a working address before this site goes live).

2. What we collect

• Through the quick request form: your name, Singapore mobile number, the home type you are interested in and your consent.
• Through the register interest form: your full name, Singapore mobile number, email address, home type, the items you request (price list, floor plans, showflat appointment) and your consent.
• Anything you tell us when we contact you, or when you contact us by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email.

Please do not send us your NRIC number or other sensitive information through this site.

3. Why we use it

• To send you the information you asked for about The Serra Residences.
• To contact you by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email about the project, and to arrange a showflat visit if you ask for one.
• To keep a record of your consent and your request.

We use your details only for these purposes unless you agree otherwise or the law requires or permits it.

4. Consent and withdrawal

You give consent by ticking the consent box before submitting a form. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to the privacy contact above; we will then stop contacting you about the project. We respect the Do Not Call Registry where it applies.

5. Who we share it with

Your details are handled by the CEA-licensed salesperson named above and, where needed, their agency. We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with service providers that help us receive and manage enquiries, under confidentiality obligations, or where the law requires it.

6. Analytics and advertising tools

This version of the site does not use analytics or advertising pixels. If such tools are added, this section will name them and explain what they collect.

7. Keeping and protecting your data

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we take reasonable steps to protect it against unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. The retention period will be stated here before the site goes live.
